Notice to all non-active members

The Board has decided to no longer send communications to inactive members who have chosen not to register or pay any dues. The cost in mailing to is quite considerable, and this cost is borne by dues paying active members.

Effective immediately inactive member will no longer receive copies of the DIPAC communiqué.

If you wish to become a member in good standing as an active member, please submit an application for membership. Dues remain the same at $10 for 2013.The $150 Lifetime option also remains available if you so elect.
